Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. When is my order going to be shipped?

We pack and dispatch orders every workday at 16:00 (4 pm) Danish time. If you have ordered one or more items out of stock, you will be notified with an estimated time of the delivery.

 

2. How long is the shipping time?

We are using PostNord International Priority as carrier and the standard shipping time within Europe is  3-7 workdays. Outside Europe is also 3-7 workdays but typically the packages will be processed in US Customs which is why the shipping time may be delayed while they process it.

 

3. Where is my tracking number?

Because we are using PostNord International Priority shipping, it is not possible to track the package. We are working on some new shipping methods with trackability so stay tuned.

 

4. I did not recieve my order within 3-7 days, what to do?

If you did not reciede your order with our shipping time range of 3-7 workdays, you should contact us immediately to get it sorted out.

5. My yoyo is broken?

If your yoyo breakdown and stops working properly please send us a photo and explanation of how it happened to Support@YoyoWorld.dk. We will have a look at it immediately and figure out what we can do for you.
